Cat rescue organizations

Where ever there is life, there is some form of abandonment. One fertile cat and her kittens can produce 80,000 more cats in only seven years if left outside without being spayed or neutered. No wonder we have the need for cat rescue organizations.

Cat organizations around the world are attempting to save abandoned cats, have them spayed or neutered and give them a new life with a loving family. Most of these organizations are not-for-profit and welcome enthusiastic volunteers.

If you are interested in helping save cats and improve the cat population problem, you should type the name of your town along with ‘cat rescue’ in Google. If you live in a city, chances are your city has several cat rescue organizations that would love your assistance.

If you don’t have time to volunteer, please consider a donation of money, product or service – most not-for-profits hold fundraising events, so even a non-cat related product might be used in an auction or as a prize.

Please consider joining the fight to save cats! Through education and effort, the whole world has the ability to change.
